And thus begins the task of the new webpage design. I don't think I'll make it flash animated this time around, but I'm drawing the new page layouts in flash. So far I've only got the homepage updated. The rest'll come along and then there'll be a closet-esque theme to everything finally. Shrub Monkeys updated as always!

I've just been tidying up with the art-cellar and the gallary, moving old stuff over, adding stuff I should have put in the gallary in the first place, making sure everything works, yada yada. After the hassle it took to do something THAT simple, I'm not too sure I want to go makeover the entire site just yet. I mean, everythings pretty straightforward at the moment, so I don't think I should have to... do taht... aw goodness, I'm so tired I can barely type!

Another shrub monkey (i'm hoping to just start spitting these out everyother day to warm up my drawing hand... since I started flash animating my pencil-weilding abilities have gone down, down, down. And I'm conceptualising the new site as we speak, so goodness willing I'll get that up soonish.

A shabby update attempt but an update nonetheless, I've got a new Shrub Monkeys up in the original section. I cannot WAIT until I finally get around to reformating the new and improved Closet Space, yeeeesh! If your waiting on stuff be sure to keep checking on what Shagster's up to in the media section (in the "staff lounge".. yes its kinda easy to get lost here, one of the reasons I want to redo the site) because he seems to update WAY more often than I do these days and he's always got some new funny little radio skit ready to be listened to!

As has been dutifully noted, I'm a bit of a jerk these days when it comes to updating. Reason being, I've moved up to Ottawa because I have a *wait for it* JOB now, flash animating at Pip Animation. YUS! So now that I'm all settled in and finally have the net, I can start helping Shagster out with the updates! *be sure to check out his blogs in the media section to see what that clever lad is up to*
So for you guys I'm afraid there's not too much updated, but I have 2 drawings and 4 sketch pages in the archives, a new (and BEASTILY poorly coloured) Shrub Monkeys, and a "people" sketch in the gallary, for Shagster's 20th birthday... aww.
I'm itching to get some more Simply Potterific up as soon as I get my bin full of sketches and ideas (still back in Missi. I'm also planning on re-arranging the entire site in a cute flash format, hopefully before the end of summer. And speaking of flash, be sure to check out Andrew Shek's Elephant Animation link in the Link section. Such a cute site.

Augh, I'm gonna have to update this livejournal soon, seeing as we're "closet-space" now. Anyhoo, got a new Shrub Monkeys up in the original comics section... even I'm pretty dismayed at the hack job... but i'm starting up a "comic-a-day" quota to warm up for the comic shagster and i have planed for the convention in the summer... yeaaah... nice excuse kt.
Also, i'm learning flash. YEAAHRHG!

Hello good friends. Here I am back from the land of the dead or at least moderately fatigued. The website's names has officially changed to "Close-Space" though we seem to be parking at "procrast-effects" for now, but i don't know how long that'll last.
ANYhoo. Got the newest SIMPLY POTTERIFIC #9 up! Woo hoo, go check it in the fan comic section. And Shagster seems to be toying around with the camera and some Halo action figures, and you know that's gotta mean something awesome's cooking, so keep an eye out for that!

Procrast-effects.com, Procrast-effects.com, Procrast-effects.com has changed to www.closet-space.com, and with it went Simply Potterific, Simply Potterific, Simply Potterific (if you're wondering why I'm repeating myself, it's just in hopes that someone's Google search will find this post and know were stuff went).
In anycase, all of the layout has remained the same, most of the changes I spent the better part of today implementing where mainly html based to make our sorting of things much simpler (and to be rid of those damn annoying 20% that replace blank spaces).

- a new web comic for the Fan Comic section, inspired by both Wizard Entertainment's Twisted Toyfare Theatre and my personal experiences training a friend of mine the ins and outs of Halo (she may still be a team killer, but I think we've made progress).

In an act to fill up more space on this here site, I finally got around to making the Mini Manga Review page in the Reviews section. They're much shorter (and vaguer) than the full fledged ones, and most of them are for manga released pre-2k (such as Eat-Man, Battle Angel Alita and *burrrrr* Lone Wolf & Cub).
So, if you ever see ye' olde manga for cheep, take a quick look and find out if it’s "Wickedy Bickedy!" or if it’s "DAWWWW!".

Pointless Papers with a Point is finally up (you know, that file box in the attic with the P3 on it?)
But what are they exactly? Well, the title says it all really. They're short articles/essays/papers about random stuff that won't change your way of life, but do raise an interesting issue. ie. POINTLESS PAPERS WITH A POINT.
At the moment, the contributors are myself, and JcK (you may have heard his voice in the SBOR section).

Alright, the SBOR web site I designed over the holiday is finally in use, as the SBOR SHOW is OFFICIALLY UP.

We've finally got the writing section (more or less) up and running! So far we've got two fanfic stories posted (as seen on fanfiction.net) one a silly lil' Harry Potter diddy me and Shagster came up with after reading the second book (way before the movies came out) and the second, my long running Lord of the Rings fic "Eye on the Prize." Wooo!
Yeah.
So... check em out.

- Written Worx now has two fanfics up, from their original place at Fanfiction.net, we present The House the Riddle Crashed At (Harry Potter) and Eye on the Prize (Lord of the Rings)
- The Slightly Bent Odd Radio Show pages have been designed, so you'll get your fix of wacky radio skits, commercials, reviews, stories, and hopefully original songs in the near future.

- The Staff Lounge: this page will contain all the multimedia (video/audio/recipes for leftovers) so when it’s up, they'll all be nicely put together in a lounge-like environment.
